Job Description Summary: The Database Administrator is a key person within the Information Technology Enterprise Application Services group. As the Database Administrator, you will be responsible for a diverse database environment. Some of the database types include Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL.
Responsibilities
- Perform planning, design, installation, configuration, upgrade and migration for the Oracle enterprise databases including support for ASM, RMAN, Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control.
- Perform planning, design, installation, configuration, upgrade and migration for the MySQL database on Linux environment.
- Perform planning, design, installation, configuration, upgrade and migration for the Microsoft SQL Server environment.
- Apply the database portion of application installation and patches as needed.
- Perform daily administrative tasks for all databases supported by Information Technology.
- Support OLTP and data warehouse systems for all University Business systems.
- Resolve database performance and capacity issues as they occur.
- Create and update database maintenance and change management procedures.
- Apply safety-related knowledge, skills, and practices to everyday work.
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, management of information systems, or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired.

As an Software Developer, you would work as a part of a dynamic team with a focus on writing code and developing applications leveraging multiple tools, languages, processes, and technologies.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, code, test, debug, document and support all types of applications consistent with established specifications and business requirements to deliver business value
- Develop pioneering approaches to emerging industry trends
- Contribute to development team and help to achieve key business objectives
- Collaborate with the team on application architecture design and decision-making
- Translate highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences

- Participate in monthly PMR
- Provide inputs and direction to associates on the team for design and implementation
- Conduct root cause analysis on all incidents and recommend a corrective action plan
- Ability to work with Onsite and Offshore team
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, management of information systems, or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Minimum Four years of experience required.

The primary role of Sales Professional is sales/business development. He/she is expected to bring in new clients (aka Hunting) that fit Plantilla's target market focus and to grow Plantilla's business in current clients (aka Farming).
Professional is expected to be able to generate their own sales leads, drawing up on their existing professional network and other prospecting activities.
This professional should be able to complete the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to successful close, without requiring much pre-sales support from Plantilla's engineering team.
This professional should be able to build long-term relationship, based on trust and credibility, with leaders in target market.
Skills and Experience
- Ability to get face-to-face meetings with engineering leaders (VP of Engg, CTO, CEO, etc) of mid-sized ($5M-$100M in Rev) software companies.
- Have sound understanding of software product development process, common technologies, Agile and Lean Startup concepts.
- Ability to SELL, especially software development services.
- Have familiarity with offshore/India based software services industry, its pluses and minuses.
- Ability to work effectively in small company environment w/ limited sales support.
- Strong Written and Verbal Skills Required
- Bachelors Degree and / Or Masters Degree Preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the Sales required.
