Starting To Make The Theme

I’ve found some inspiration while browsing the internet yesterday.
There are three website that really look nice in my eyes. So I thought, if I could mixed all three website into one design, it would be nice.
But indeed, I’m not a good graphic designer, nor saying I’m good in web design.
It’s just that “I know how to do it” but I don’t make a bold claim saying I’m expert in doing this. Well at least for someone who does not take formal lesson… :wink:
This is to keep record, how long I take to finish a theme from scratch.
Registering At Social Bookmarking Service

It is proven that social bookmarking service do bring traffics to your website.
So, I spend some time re-registering this blog at several social bookmarking service.
It’s been a long time since I last use them and I forgot what are the password. :oops:
It don’t took long before I get back my password, and I save them all in an exel workbook for future reference.
I think you should do it like that too, for organizing all your stuff.
Next Major Task – Making A Unique Theme

In my post before where you can find at WP Theme Studio.com 2009, I have make my self a to do list which you can use also as your guide line when setting up a new blog on your own.
Now I’ve completed most of it and leaving this task left because this task is time consuming and also not wrong if I say it is “brain consuming” too.
I was thinking to make a clean and simple design in white scheme colour. Just like John Chow dot COM wordpress theme, but the home page would be somewhat like gallery theme with some text on it.
I will do it on my local install of wordpress and see how it goes.
Beside, I think I need to read the release note of WordPress 2.7 because there were major changes in them compare to my knowledge which is limited to WordPress 2.6.5 right now. Not a big problems for me because I learnt from reading, and to read more to learn more knowledge is just what you need to do everyday in your life if you want to hold success in your hand, not only in blogging, but applicable to all things in our daily life.

Hello, this is my first post at WP Theme Studio.com.

First thing first, that is to optimize settings for usability and seo purpose.

- Make Important Pages

- Contact
- Privacy Policies - Make unique theme for this website.
- Creative Common
- Copy Scape
- Start posting about theme review and theme release, my own themes or other designers themes.
I hope I can do it all.
